How do I
Book a session?

The face-to-face sessionrequires an appointment to be booked online.
Once a booking has been made, you will be sent details of available dates and venue. Appointments are subject to availability.

Emails sessions also require a booking, but do
not need an appointment and are not subject to availability.
They will be responded to within 48 hours.
How Long is Each
Session?
- Emails may require up to 2 follow-up
questions from the counsellor.
- Face-to-face sessions will last for 50 minutes
How does the Email Counselling
Work?
- Book an Email Session using the button
provided
- You will then be contacted by email in order for the sessions to proceed
- The counsellor may send one or two follow-up
questions in order to understand the situation better
- Any follow-up question from you
will require another booking to be made before it’s responded
to.
How does the Face-to-face Counselling
Work?
- Book a Session using the button
provided
- The counselor will email back with some preliminary questions along with next available date , time and venue
- Counseling session commences at scheduled place and time
What is
Your Return/Refund Policy?
Unfortunately, due to the non-tangible/digital
nature of the service/products being provided, no refund is
available once a booking or ebook order has been made.
What If I
Miss a Counselling Appointment?
No refund
will be given if you miss an appointment. However, you will be
given a chance to book the next available session if you contact us within 48 hours of the session. In this case,
only one other booking will be allowed.
Is there a PAPER version of the books?
No, the books are currently available as ebooks in PDF format.
