What to expect?

3 -We go through the each session of the course
4 - You get to ask questions that pertain to your own situation during or after the sessions which will be answered by your guide
5 - At the end of each session, both of you have the opportunity to talk about what you've learned and plan out the adjustments that you need to make for now and the future
